Refunds with Afterpay/KlarnaUpdated 4 months ago

Firstly, please follow the instructions on our Returns page to start your return process.

If your order was placed with Afterpay or Klarna and you have not yet completed all your instalments, please also visit your app/account and register your refund there to prevent further payments being made. Instructions on how to do so below:

Afterpay

We will process your refund within five (5) business days of your return arriving back at our warehouse. Until the refund is confirmed and processed by our warehouse, your original Payment Schedule with Afterpay will continue.

If you’ve made a return and would like to request that your next payment be pushed back by up to 2 weeks from the original due date in order for your refund to be processed, you can do so easily in the Afterpay app. Just follow the steps below:

1. From the Orders Details menu, select Returning an Order.
2. Choose whether the return is for a purchase made in-store or online.
3. Following the prompts, enter the order details as instructed.

If your request is successful, the final confirmation screen will include your updated Payment Schedule.

Klarna

We will process your refund within five (5) business days of your return arriving back at our warehouse. Until the refund is confirmed and processed by our warehouse, your original Payment Schedule with Klarna will continue.

If your next payment due date is approaching and you need extra time to solve the return, let Klarna know that you are waiting for a return to be registered by pausing your payment plan. Log into the Klarna app and follow the steps below:

1. Choose the purchase you returned and select Report a return.
2. Save the tracking information.
3. Check My Klarna for updates.

Once the refund is registered against your order, any remaining payments will be cancelled and the already paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
